Customer:
A registered user of the online store www.eliwogo.com who, based on their registration, has the option to order products on the Operator's website.
Recipient:
The person to whom the Customer requests that the order be sent.
Order:
Products that the Customer selects from the current offer, places in the shopping cart and confirms the order. An order placed on the website www.eliwogo.com is binding for the Customer. If the order is confirmed (status: order confirmed), it is also binding for the Operator.
Shipment:
Sent order.
Delivery address:
The place specified by the Customer where the Customer requests the order to be delivered.
Ordering goods:
The Customer can choose the products they want to order on the Operator's website. After completing the order, the Customer confirms their choice and makes the payment via SHOPTETPAY.
The Customer can order products:
- For themselves
- For another person (only in case of payment in advance).
We deliver shipments in the following manner:
We ship shipments to Europe from Slovakia via Packeta.sk and delivery is via a local courier company.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are EUR 7 for each shipment.
Delivery times and payments Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of ordering on working days.
If the goods cannot be dispatched to the recipient within 5 working days, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.If you have ordered multiple items and some of them are missing to complete your order and you will have to wait longer, we will inform you.
If the Recipient refuses to accept the shipment, the Operator is not responsible for this fact and records the shipment as completed. If the Customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete telephone number or address and the shipment could not be delivered for this reason, the Operator shall not be liable for this situation and the shipment shall be recorded as delivered.If the goods cannot be dispatched to the Recipient within 5 working days, we will inform the Customer as soon as possible.
After receiving the shipment, it can be returned to us at your own expense within 14 days to our address Christian Project Support, s.r.o., Rožňavská 17, 831 04 Bratislava. The money for the paid goods will be refunded to you.
Receiving a shipment from a courier:
Please visually inspect the outer packaging when receiving a shipment from a courier. If the packaging is damaged, ask the courier to make a record of the damage so that any complaint you may have can be dealt with to your satisfaction. Alternatively, if the damage is extensive and you are concerned that the goods in the shipment may be damaged, do not accept the shipment and ask for a record of non-acceptance of the shipment due to damage. Your orders are shipped from Ver.sk in 100% undamaged condition, but occasionally the courier company may damage the outer packaging during transport, which then no longer protects the goods you have ordered.
How do we handle your personal data?
We store your personal data as securely as possible. We store data such as your email address, name, delivery address, and telephone number for the purpose of sending your order and creating tax documents in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic. In some cases, your telephone number may be used to contact you in case of necessary changes to your order or to answer your questions. When an order is placed, your personal data such as your email address, name, delivery address, and telephone number are shared with the courier company DPD, s.r.o. Technická 7, 821 04 Bratislava, ID No.: 358 344 98 (The company is registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, Section Sro, File No. 26367/B), Packeta Slovakia s. r. o., Sliačska 1E, 831 02 Bratislava.
If you clicked to receive the newsletter to your email address during registration, you will receive interesting marketing offers from us, such as free shipping, various special offers and discounts on a number of products. If you no longer wish to receive these offers and news, please click to unsubscribe. The newsletter is sent via the mailchimp.com service. If you have ordered goods from us, your email address will be added to our newsletter database on the basis of legitimate interest.
We use Google Analytics to improve our website and settings for the benefit of visitors. Google Analytics stores your data anonymously.
Order statuses:
New – we have registered your order
Confirmed – we have confirmed your order and are committed to delivering the goods
In progress – we are completing your order with goods that were not in stock
Completed – The order has been shipped
Unpaid – We have not received payment for the order
Paid – We have received payment for the order
Cancelled – The order has been cancelled
Cancelling an order:
Orders can be cancelled free of charge. Orders can be cancelled by emailing adrese: order@eliwogo.com
Obligations of the parties:
The operator undertakes:
- to deliver the correct type of shipment based on the Customer's order at the specified price
- to pack the shipment and send it
- if it is not possible to deliver the shipment, to inform the Customer and agree on further steps
- ensure that the order is processed and shipped properly, on time, and with due professional care
- protect the Customer's interests in every way and keep confidential any information that comes to its knowledge during the execution of the order
- maintain confidentiality regarding the personal data of registered users
- not provide users' personal data to third parties or use it for commercial purposes.
The Customer undertakes:
- to order the product in the manner specified on the Operator's website
- to indicate the complete delivery address or other delivery address specifications in the order
- to state their name, address, telephone number in the order
- agree to the registration of undeliverable shipments (if the Recipient refuses to accept the shipment or it is undeliverable for other reasons - incorrect or non-existent address, absence of the Recipient or any other person who could accept the shipment, etc., unless specified by the Customer, that the shipment should be delivered exclusively.
Complaints and requests for return of goods within 14 days:
Complaints must be made no later than 14 days after delivery of the shipment to the Recipient. Please inform us of any complaints or returns by email at order@eliwogo.com and we will then agree on the next steps. Complaints must be made in writing and sent by email, must include a precise calculation of the damage claimed in accordance with the price of the product or products ordered, and must be delivered to the Operator within the specified period. Below is a form for withdrawing from the contract.

If the Operator is responsible for the complaint, it will resolve it to your satisfaction. The Customer is liable to the Operator for all losses incurred by the Operator as a result of the Customer's intentional breach of any of the above provisions or failure to provide true information in the registration form.
If the error occurred on the part of eliwogo.com and we sent you the wrong item by mistake, please let us know and pack the item securely in a box for return. We will resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
If the customer requests to exchange the goods for other goods that were not originally ordered, we can provide a GOODS EXCHANGE service for the collection of the original goods - intended for exchange - and delivery of new goods for a fee of EUR 10. In this case, we will send a courier to collect the securely packaged goods in a box from you. However, it is necessary to agree on a date for the collection of the goods.
We do not accept cash on delivery payments from customers.

Before returning the goods, please inform us by email at order@eliwogo.com, where you will send your request to withdraw from the contract. After receiving the shipment, you can return it to us at your own expense within 14 days to our address: Christian Project Support, s. r. o., Rožňavská 17, 831 04 Bratislava. The money for the paid goods will be refunded to the bank account number specified in the written or email complaint.
The customer cannot withdraw from the contract in the following cases:
- sale of periodicals, with the exception of sales based on a subscription agreement and sales of books not delivered in protective packaging,
- sale of audio recordings, video recordings, audio-visual recordings, books or computer software sold in protective packaging, if the consumer has unpacked the packaging,
- provision of electronic content other than on a tangible medium, if its provision began with the consumer's express consent and the consumer declared that he had been duly informed that by expressing this consent he loses the right to withdraw from the contract. (DOWNLOAD)
- sale of goods made to the consumer's specifications, custom-made goods or goods intended specifically for a single consumer (rings made of silver or other materials).
